Use of salvage t&g structural/finished floor from Lawry Air Force Base; structural foam panel roof, Galvalum ceiling and exterior trim finishes; technically complicated structural details; exterior concrete stucco with Aluminum windows.

Folk Art Studio, Rollinsville,CO
Photography Studio for David Raccuglia, Photographer , Large-scale direct vent masonry fireplace. Large scale hand peeled log post and beam construction. Super-insulated, radiant heat, oversized direct vent fireplace, built 8ft into hillside using foam concrete forms. Exterior is designed to blend into the country-side as it looks like a barn.

12,000 sq ft Building One Remodel. Project included complete office remodel including conference area, training rooms, computer rooms 1 and 2, exterior awning in stainless steel, and design and construction of all furniture including conference table, reception counter, etc.

Cornerstone Church, Boulder, CO
Remodel: 12,000 Sq Ft Major Remodel, Including Chapel and Classrooms. Design included Chapel and classrooms area. Lobby/entry remodel included River-rock fireplace and pastor's offices. Exterior work included solving 25 yr old drainage problems, creating water mitigation plan with water staging area, and added wheel-chair access for the handicapped.

2500 Sq Ft Remodel Tenant Finish, Project scope: Restoring old materials such as old cinderblock and concrete floors by sandblasting and acid staining, extensive electrical, Plumbing for Hair Cutting Stations, HVAC, built-in furniture, acid treatment and clear seal of steel walls, and other unique applications of everyday available materials. Recipient of AIA Honors Award.

Complete tenant finish in 4 weeks, including simultaneous production of site built cabinet bases, steel structures, and continuous 18 ft long Corrian countertop from drawings to be installed and fitted within this time frame.
