Historic Home :  Remodel and addition,  Boulder, Colorado

Scope:  Remodel and addition to historic home.  The home was internally and externally stripped to the studs, stripped of all plumbing, electrical infrastructure and mechanical equipment.  The home was  internally re-framed and updated to current engineering and energy standards, and finally put back together while maintaining the home's historic character.  Update features included a state-of-the-art boiler and heating system, including in-floor radiant heat.  Completed 2008.
